Cycle of

Push Ups X 8
Lunges X 10
Box Steps X 20

Repeat 2 Times then

60 secs Rest

Do as many Cycles as possible in 20 minutes


3 Cycles of

Knee Raise X 20
Pelvic Raise X 20

Repeat 2 times

60 secs Rest
