Wod Warm Up


Push up x 5 reps - Hold each Push up at top position for 5 seconds

Sandbag Hammer Throws - 5 spins / Side

Vertical Jumps - 5 reps


Repeat twice


Rest 60 seconds


4 Rounds


Deadlift 6 sets of 1 rep aiming for max weight.



Row 500 m for time
