Did 30 ball slams to finish out the 30 minutes of a workout!
Thank god for Curd screaming at me to keep moving!
Completed this this morning....30 minutes on the nose....intensity level was a 10 near the end...Had a bit of a sore back today so I wish I could of pushed myself a bit harder
