WOD - Warm up

Squat Thrusters

Box Steps

Planks

Burpees

Rest

- 30 Second Intervals -

During workout we doubled up (same station 2 intervals in a Row)

Some Triples as well as 1 Quad (4 intervals same station - 2 minutes)

Workout Time 30 minutes after warm up
