Did this one, ended up in a puddle of sweat.
ReplyDeleteStarted with squat thrusters at 135 lbs and finished with 95 pounds, had to take 20-30 seconds breaks between sets though...Filled up with lactic acid very fast.
Deadlifts were 225, 275, 295, 315, 335, 355
Ball slams were done at a really fast pace.
Fantastic workout with great results.
All in all I was finished the workout in 25-30 minutes.
